Area Manager - Health and Fitness

East London 50K basic +10K OTE

I am looking for an area manager to take responsibility for a number of high profile leisure clubs offering a comprehensive range of premium leisure and sporting facilities with a significant hospitality operation. The successful candidate will be given an exciting remit to use their experience to reposition the business to deliver commercial success across multiple revenue streams by tweaking and repositioning the offer and strategy and deliver a best in class proposition..

We are keen to discuss this exciting opportunity with candidates who have the following experience:

• 5 +years senior leadership experience within a premium fitness businesses.
• Strong budgeting and P and L experience
• Well-developed leadership, coaching and influencing skills
• Experience working within a change management culture
• Sales and marketing skills including digital.

The position will be based in East London with the need for significant travel predominantly within the M25.
