My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to oversee the general Accounts operations and administration for the Hotel Group.
The successful candidate will have a background in Accounts and ideally experience within a Corporate or Hospitality corporation. You will have great understanding of accounts payable, revenue journal management, profit and loss analysing, budget preparations, managing ledger transactions and Month end procedures.
You will report directly to the Financial Controller and support them to monitor and maintain control of revenue and expenditure cycles for the 3 Hotels based in London.
You will be confident, highly communicative with a passion to succeed. You will be communicating with all stakeholders within the business as well as interacting with suppliers and external customers.
You will have great knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and ideally have used both Opera and Sun Accounting systems in the past.
